Bug reports, files that did not behave, and questions about how the processing works.
Please do not send the document. The entire point of this tool is that your PDF never leaves your device, and emailing it to a stranger undoes that. Describe what happened instead:
- Which tool you used: remove watermark, whiteout, or rebuild.
- The browser and version (for example, Chrome 128 on Windows, or Safari on iPhone).
- Roughly how big the file is, and how many pages.
- The exact message the tool gave you, if it showed one.
- What you expected and what you saw, for example "it found nothing, but I can still see the mark".
That is usually enough to identify the case. If a sample file is genuinely needed, you can build one with the same software that created yours, with fictional content, and send that.
Before you write
Two answers solve most reports. First: if the tool found no watermark objects and you can still see the mark, the mark is inside the page content rather than a separate object, which the guide explains how to confirm that, and whiteout is the workable approach. Second: if a file asks for a password before it opens, it is refused by design and no report will change that.
